Where we deliver

We deliver across India to all PIN codes covered by our courier partners. You can check whether your PIN code is serviceable at checkout.

Order processing

Every order is packed fresh and is usually dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on a Sunday or holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer. Delivery times are estimates from our courier partners and are not guaranteed.

Shipping charges

Shipping is based on the total weight of the products in your order:

The exact charge is shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay, and is paid at the time of ordering.

Tracking your order

Once your order is shipped, we will send you the tracking details by SMS, email or WhatsApp.

Paying the balance on delivery

If you chose to pay part of your order in advance, the courier will collect the remaining balance when your order is delivered. You can pay in cash or by UPI. Please keep the amount ready.

Address and delivery attempts

Please give your complete address with a landmark, the correct PIN code and a phone number you can be reached on. Our courier partner usually tries to deliver up to three times. If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number or refusal, it is returned to us and our Return & Refund Policy applies.

Damaged or tampered packages

If the outer package looks damaged or tampered with at delivery, please note it with the courier or refuse the package, and contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Delays

Deliveries can sometimes be delayed by weather, local restrictions, strikes or other events outside our control. We will keep you informed and help however we can.
