1. Using our website
- You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or order under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
- Please give accurate and complete details (name, phone number, email and delivery address) so we can process and deliver your order.
- You agree not to misuse the website, try to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
2. Our products
- Our dry fruits, nuts and spices are natural products. Size, colour and shape can vary slightly from batch to batch and from the photos on the website.
- Nutrition information is typical per 100 g and is given for general information only.
- Allergy information: our products include tree nuts and are packed where nuts are handled. Please check before buying if you or anyone in your family has a food allergy.
- Product information on this website is not medical advice.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST. Shipping charges are shown separately in your bag and at checkout.
- Prices may change from time to time, but the price confirmed when you place your order will not change for that order.
- Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner (such as Razorpay). We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or net-banking details.
- Where available, you can choose to pay part of your order online and the balance on delivery. How each payment option works, including when amounts are non-refundable, is shown at checkout and explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Orders
- Your order is confirmed once your payment (full or advance) is successful and you receive an order confirmation from us.
- We may cancel or decline an order if a product is out of stock, the delivery PIN code is not serviceable, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, or we suspect fraud. If this happens, we will refund the full amount you paid.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the Pure Daana name and logo, text, product photos and design, belongs to us or is used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse it without our written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control such as natural events, strikes or courier disruptions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the place of our registered business address.
